Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Getdickbig is committed to making healthcare accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we do
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks.
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site and intake flow.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Labels and clear error messages on all forms.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and text resizing.
Known limitations
Some third-party components, such as payment or shipping-tracking widgets, are outside our direct control and may not fully meet our standard. We work with those vendors to improve them and will provide assistance directly in the meantime.
