Erectile dysfunction medication isn't one-size-fits-all, so we don't sell it that way. Rapid-dissolve tablets, low-dose daily tadalafil, generic sildenafil, and prescription honey packs — all prescribed online by licensed US providers after a real medical evaluation.
The main prescription ED medications are PDE5 inhibitors — sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and avanafil. They work by improving blood flow during arousal; none of them create desire on their own. Sildenafil acts faster and lasts a few hours; tadalafil lasts far longer and can be taken as a low daily dose. Combination and sublingual (rapid-dissolve) formulations are compounded by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved as combination products. All of them are prescription only in the US, and none of them are safe with nitrates.

Do not take this medication if you use nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat — the combination can cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Not for use by anyone under 18, and not for women or children.
