Terms of Use

Last updated: August 31, 2026

By using this website or the Getdickbig platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, be physically located in a state where our affiliated providers are licensed, and be legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during your medical intake. Providing false health information can result in an inappropriate prescription and serious harm.

Not a medical provider

Getdickbig operates a technology platform. It does not practice medicine or pharmacy. Medical services are provided by independent licensed providers, and medications are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

No guaranteed prescription

Submitting an intake or paying a consultation fee does not entitle you to a prescription. A licensed provider decides, using independent clinical judgment, whether treatment is appropriate. If you do not qualify, you will not be charged for medication.

Not for emergencies

This service is not for medical emergencies. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
  • Do not share, resell, or redistribute any medication obtained through the platform. Doing so is illegal.
  • Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other users' data, scrape content, or interfere with the platform's operation.
  • Do not use the service on behalf of another person.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refund terms are described in our Refunds, Shipping & Returns policy.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, branding, and design are owned by Getdickbig or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getdickbig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for the professional acts of licensed providers.

Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Getdickbig is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration where permitted by law, and you and Getdickbig each waive the right to participate in a class action, except where such a waiver is unenforceable. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@getdickbig.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email legal@getdickbig.com.

Tadalafil and sildenafil are prescription medications. Treatment is only available after an evaluation by a licensed provider who determines it is appropriate for you. A compounded tadalafil/sildenafil rapid-dissolve tablet is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and is not FDA-approved as a combination product; FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Do not take this medication if you use nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat — the combination can cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Not for use by anyone under 18, and not for women or children.
