HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed, and how you can get access to this information. Please review it carefully.

Who this notice covers

This notice applies to the licensed providers and licensed pharmacies affiliated with the Getdickbig platform, which are covered entities under HIPAA, and to Getdickbig acting as a business associate on their behalf.

How we may use and disclose your health information

  • Treatment: to evaluate you, prescribe medication, and coordinate with pharmacies and other providers involved in your care.
  • Payment: to bill and collect payment for services and medication.
  • Healthcare operations: for quality review, provider credentialing, training, audits, and business management.
  • As required by law: including public health reporting, reporting suspected abuse, responding to court orders or subpoenas, and health oversight activities.
  • To avert a serious threat to health or safety.

Uses and disclosures not described here — including most uses of psychotherapy notes, any marketing that involves payment to us, and any sale of your health information — require your written authorization, which you may revoke at any time in writing.

Your rights

  • Inspect and get a copy of your medical and billing records, usually within 30 days of your request.
  • Request that we correct information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request confidential communications, such as contact at a specific phone number or address.
  • Request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures. We must agree if you pay out of pocket in full for a service and ask us not to share it with your health plan.
  • Receive an accounting of certain disclosures made in the six years before your request.
  • Receive a paper or electronic copy of this notice on request.
  • Be notified if a breach occurs that compromises the privacy or security of your information.

Our responsibilities

We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information, to notify you promptly if a breach occurs, and to follow the terms of the notice currently in effect. We may change this notice, and changes will apply to information we already hold; the current version will always be posted on this page.

Tadalafil and sildenafil are prescription medications. Treatment is only available after an evaluation by a licensed provider who determines it is appropriate for you. A compounded tadalafil/sildenafil rapid-dissolve tablet is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and is not FDA-approved as a combination product; FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Do not take this medication if you use nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat — the combination can cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Not for use by anyone under 18, and not for women or children.
