- Fainting, severe dizziness, or a severe allergic reaction
Do not take this if
- You take nitrates in any form — nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate/dinitrate, or recreational "poppers" (amyl/butyl nitrite). The combination can cause a sudden, life-threatening drop in blood pressure.
- You take a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat (Adempas).
- Your provider has told you that sexual activity is unsafe for your heart.
- You have had an allergic reaction to tadalafil, sildenafil, or any other PDE5 inhibitor.
- You are under 18. This product is not for women or children.
