Generic Sildenafil vs Generic Tadalafil: What You're Really Paying For

Brand-name ED medication was expensive for years. Generic sildenafil and generic tadalafil changed that: they contain the same active ingredients, held to the same FDA requirements for generic equivalence, without the brand premium.

Viagra is a brand name for sildenafil. Cialis is a brand name for tadalafil. Approved generics contain the same active ingredient and must meet FDA bioequivalence standards. Inactive ingredients and appearance can differ; the active does not.
Compare cost per usable dose
Per-tablet price is misleading, because strengths and dosing patterns differ. Work out what a realistic month looks like for you: how many times you expect to use it, at what strength, and whether a daily option would fit your life better than an as-needed one.

What telehealth is charging for
With an online service you're paying for the medication plus the clinical review and fulfilment. That is legitimate value when there's a real licensed provider and pharmacy behind it. It is not value when the 'consult' is a form nobody reads.
Where the sketchy savings come from
Prices well below the generic market usually mean unapproved imports or unlabeled products, including the honey sachets found to contain undeclared drugs. The saving is real; so is the risk you're absorbing to get it.

Generics already solved the price problem. If a deal beats them dramatically, you're paying in a currency other than money.
